As the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction works to issue their report before Thanksgiving to cut the U.S. Federal budget by $1.2 trillion, a group of parishioners at St. Michael Catholic Church in Houston is engaged in an eight week JustFaith module dealing with the government, the federal budget and the common good. Ray Sylvester, Director of Social Justice at St. Michael's Church in Houston, will guide us through the process being used in this study group, and the relationship that the parish has fostered with JustFaith since 2002.
